Log slice, ideal for cake stands, centre piece, stepping stones, garden table tops & stools.  Sawn from English Larch timber with character and lovely ring and grain markings, either keep it as it is or smooth down by sanding. 

Approximate 12" diameter ( approx as not always completely round)  x  3" thick.  Sizes are approximate as cut from logs with a chainsaw and difficult to get sizes accurate.  The log slice sold may not be the one in the picture but will be very similar as cut from the same stock of timber, see photos. Various dimensions are available please let me know if you require a specific size.  Although we try our very upmost to supply you with the perfect log sometimes there may be slight imperfections and loose bark - this is due to its nature as it is a slice of tree and came out of a woodland.

Please note that green wood can move slightly overtime which is a natural drying process especially in a warm environment this adds to its character and looks. Mildew can also be a problem when drying out so must be stored somewhere dry with ventilation and sunlight, do not store by heaters or radiators as this might cause it to dry out too quickly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED WITH EACH LOG SOLD, PLEASE OPEN AS SOON AT IT ARRIVES TO ALLOW THE LOG TO BREATH AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.

If using for a cake stand please order as near to the date as possible, (approx 2 weeks)

Collection is possible to save postage especially if you require more than one from WR6 but Please contact us first.
