If we do sell an item we do not have stock of we will refund your order and notify you as soon as possible. Returns: If you decide to cancel your order after the item has been sent you can return the unit unopened as delivered, you must cover the returns postage. You will be refunded minus our carriage charge out. If an item is faulty we may collect it ourselves or refund you for the return postage, then either refund your total payment or replace/repair the faulty unit and send it back to you.
