All items are sent first class unless otherwise states and are dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase.

Items are sent well packaged and should get to you in the same condition they were sent in.

Payment -

Payments should be received within 14 days failing this I will contact you if no response is received

I will commence the non payment process via Ebay. Paypal is my favored payment method, contact

me for alternate means of payment before purchasing items.

Returns -

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your items, contact me to arrange the return of

you order before sending. Returns are sent back to me at your own expense and then a full refund for the

original amount will be issued upon receiving of the items.

Non Received -

If you have not received your order within 10 days contact me to let me know and I will be happy to

arrange a replacement or a refund. Please check with your local post office first to make sure it is not

being held by them. Severe weather and bank holidays can make deliveries take longer consider this

when making an order and when waiting for an order.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item contact me and arrange a replacement item or a refund.

I will always be happy to replace items that are not in satisfactory condition.
