Protefix® Adhesive Cream is recommended for both difficult adhesion conditions and increased saliva flow. It is easy to apply, tasteless and does not lead to any unpleasant changes in the flavour of food and drinks. Extra Strong and effective on wet dentures Unlike many other adhesive creams, Protefix® Adhesive Cream is applied directly to the moist denture.     The strong adhesive power is activated immediately.     An effective peripheral seal helps to prevent food residues getting underneath the denture.     The long-lasting effect gives the user confidence and independence whether eating, drinking or laughing.     Even hot drinks do not have negative influence on the adhesive power.     Easy to use due to its smooth consistency.     Application only once a day. Application: Clean the dentures of any residue and apply Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong on the wet denture. Press the tube in the lower third near the opening. If necessary, you may also apply a line of Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong to the back of the upper plate. You should apply Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong sparingly because any excess can decrease the adhesion of your denture. Then fit the denture and hold it firmly in place for a few seconds. Wait 5 minutes before eating. The adhesive cream does not noticeably change the position of the denture. Every user has to determine individually the best amount of cream to apply. Instructions for use. Please read carefully! Application: Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong for dentures. Dosage and mode of application: Clean the dentures of any residue and dab Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong on the wet denture (in the upper or lower denture recess that goes next to the jaw). Press the tube in the lower third near the opening. If necessary, you may also apply a line of Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong to the back of the upper plate. You should apply Protefix® Adhesive Cream Extra-Strong sparingly because any excess can impair the adhesion of your denture. Then fit the denture and hold it firmly in place for a few seconds. Wait 5 minutes before eating. The adhesive cream does not noticeably change the position of the denture. After applying the cream, seal the tube carefully, taking care to ensure that the opening remains dry and clean because any ingress of liquid may cause the adhesive cream to harden. Remove any residue of adhesive cream with a cotton-wool ball soaked in edible oil. Under certain circumstances oil may appear, which has no effect whatsoever on the creams´s particulary good adhesive force. Please just remove the oil from the dentures. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients. Side effects: In isolated cases, hypersensitivity reactions in the mucous membranes of the mouth or even systemically cannot be ruled out. If you suspect the presence of a hypersensitivity reaction, please contact your dentist. Please note the following important advice:     To be used only on healthy mucous membranes.     Keep out of reach of children.     Do not use after the expiry date. Composition: 100 g Protefix® Adhesive Cream contain: Mixture of sodium and calcium salts of the copolymer of methyl vinyl ether and maleic acid anhydride, carboxymethyl cellulose, paraffin, vaseline, silica, menthol, azorubin, p-hydroxy-benzoic acid methyl ester.

ATTENTION NOTE:

As with all cosmetic products, it is recommended that a sensitivity test is carried out 24 hours prior to first use. Keep out of reach of children! Do not swallow!  Avoid contact with eyes!  If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop using if you experience any adverse reactions!
