We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs :

Fast Dispatch	All items are in stock at our warehouse ready for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day by your selected postage method. Orders received after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.
Free Delivery	We offer free delivery as standard on all UK orders. For Economy Delivery we use Royal Mail 2nd Class service, typically delivered within 2-4 working days.
Faster Services	For UK orders we offer faster delivery options, priced per item and selected at checkout. Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st class, typically delivered within 1-2 days) Express Delivery (tracked courier, guaranteed next day delivery by 5PM*)
European Delivery	For European customers (within the EU) we offer fast Airmail delivery using Royal Mail Airmail service, typically delivered within 3-6 working days.

Returns Policy

To maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction we offer a simple, no fuss, 30 day returns policy. If you have changed your mind, or would like to exchange for a different product we are happy to help. Please contact us via email within 30 days of the purchase with the reason for the return and we will provide a Returns Authorisation Number. Returned items must be in the original, unused condition, complete with all parts, original packaging and the original invoice.

A full refund of the order total will be processed within 7 days of receipt; however, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Please contact our Customer Services team for more information.

All our products are brand new and covered by a standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If your item is faulty please contact our Customer Services team for assistance. We cannot accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number.
