Pour a glass of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of Common Birch Leaf Health. Place the infusion on the cooker, bring it to boil for 3 minutes. Next, turn the stove off and leave the infusion covered for 10 minutes. Strain the substance – it’s ready to drink.
Such infusion can be not only used for treating kidneys and urinary tract diseases but also by those who want to cleanse the organism during a slimming treatment since the infusion has a strong diuretic effect.
Infusion made of Common Birch Health Embassy can also be used externally. It can be successfully used as a skin tonic with toning properties (e.g. it fades freckles).

In the morning, add 100 ml of alcohol vol.70% mixed with sugar or glycerine in the ratio of 1 to 1. Bathe the skin or apply the poultice to the spots that you want to strengthen or regenerate.Poultice only with water and without alcohol keeps fresh for 48h, on condition that it is kept in the fridge
