RESTITUZIONE

A norma del D.lg. 22.5.1999, n. 185, il consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato, entro il termine di 14 giorni lavorativi decorrente per i beni dal giorno del loro ricevimento, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificare il motivo. Il recesso dovrà essere manifestato mediante l’invio, nel predetto termine di 14 giorni, di una lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. Entro il suddetto termine di giorni 14 dovranno essere restituiti dall’acquirente al mittente-fornitore tutti i beni acquistati integri e nella loro confezione originaria e degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza. In nessun caso verranno accettati prodotti con manomissioni, con guasti, carenti degli accessori a corredo. Il diritto di recesso non è valido per tutti coloro che non possono essere considerati consumatori dalla legge Italiana.
