HAILEA ACO9601 1-Outlet Air Pump

 
  The ACO-9601 features a high efficiency oil free design for contamination free pumping within a hydroponics or aquarium system.  Integrated rubber feet reduce vibration and keep noise levels minimal, whilst multiple outlet options eliminate the need for manifolds. The dial on the top of the pump easily adjusts the airflow. What pipe do I need? You will need standard 4mm airline. What accessories do I need? Air stones / Air curtains: If you want to aerate a pond, hydroponic system or similar application you will need an air stone or air curtain to create a multitude of tiny bubbles. Order with this pump to save on extra postage. We recommend maximum size of 10cm stones. Non-return valves: If your pump is ever lower than water level (still on dry land I mean) then it is very likely that water can syphon back into the pump (this will break it!) use a non-return valve to prevent water reaching the pump (or ensure it is always higher than the water level) How noisy / quiet is it? They are a quiet pump but some people may find the low hum too noticeable for the living room for example (even if they do call themselves "Super Silent")  Rated at <45db. How long can it be run for / duty cycle? These pumps are designed for continuous or intermittent use under normal conditions. As with any air pump you can prolong its life by balancing the output with a valve to release any excess pressure and avoid running pumps with no load at all on the output.  Can I use it outside? It is intended for household use, only the air hose can be located outside.   CE Mark? Yes IP Rating?
