UK Based = we are based in the UK with stock held in the UK - no waiting for your order to be shipped from a foreign country.
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24hrs with most completed the same day. Our standard (free) delivery will normally arrive the day after it is sent to most parts of mainland Britain. We regret this may take a little longer (and subject to additional cost) to the Islands plus Central and Northern Scotland. We now use "APC Overnight" for most deliveries; due to a problem with the eBay computer system, it is not always possible to offer "one-click" Tracking. You will normally receive an email giving you a 2-hour delivery slot. Small/light packages are sent by First Class Parcel Post and will often arrive the day after they are sent. If you really want your order to arrive within 1 or 2 days, we strongly advise you to use the "Express Delivery" option but note this does NOT guarantee Saturday delivery (i.e. Monday to Friday only). "Express Delivery" parcels are either sent by "Royal Mail Special Delivery" or "APC Overnight Before 12.00" If you have any queries about delivery times and/or costs, please ask. If you have not received your goods within 5 days of us notifying you of the despatch date, you must notify us immediately. Claims for lost items cannot be dealt with after this time.

We are happy to Cover all Postage Costs For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported to us within 5 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind about an order, you must let us know within 30 days. You will be required to cover all postage costs. We will not accept returns if the item is not in the original packaging, does not include all the original manuals etc or has been used.
As a seller, Positive Feedback is very important to us, as well as our customers. We want all our customers to be happy with their orders. If we have made an error we do apologise. We are a UK company and all our items are stocked in the UK and despatched from the UK = no delay for your items to arrive from the other side of the world!!!
