The Lite 2 may be our entry level product but the design certainly doesn't cut any corners. For the occasional user looking for a reliable indication of when the alcohol has cleared their system from the night before, the AlcoSense Lite 2 will more than fit the bill.
Designed in Britain by AlcoSense Laboratories, the AlcoSense Lite 2 is the successor to the highly acclaimed AlcoSense Lite.
The Lite 2 has a new sleek, pocket sized design. Measuring only 110mm high x 21mm deep x 46mm wide and weighing less 150 grams (including batteries), it can be discretely carried in a pocket or handbag.
Easy to use. Like all AlcoSense products, the Lite 2 has been designed to be as easy as possible to use. With its single button operation all you need to do is turn the unit on, wait for it to count down to zero and then blow until it beeps. Easy!
Clear results. Your alcohol reading is displayed on screen to one decimal place (e.g. 0.2‰BAC), and if you are near to or over your set drink drive limit, don't drive symbol will be displayed.
Adjustable Drink Drive Alert Level. Unlike the competition, you can easily change the limit the Lite 2 alerts you at to any of the three limits in place in the UK (including Scotland) and Ireland with the flick of a switch. No need for sending it back to the supplier or re-calibration to change the limit.
Semi-Conductor Alcohol Sensor. The AlcoSense Lite 2 uses the latest semi-conductor alcohol sensor technology giving high levels of accuracy and reliability for an entry-level item.
Exceptional quality control. Each Lite 2 is checked for accuracy 3 times at 3 different alcohol levels before being released from the factory meaning you can have confidence in your product.
Re-calibration reminder. Breathalysers, whether for Police use or otherwise, require periodic calibration to maintain accuracy - do not trust a breathalyser which claims it does not require calibration. The AlcoSense Lite 2 automatically reminds you to re-calibrate your breathalyser after 12 months or 300 tests so it stays reading as it should.
