Once the parcel gets to the territory of the country of the buyer, the postal service of this country is responsible for the buyer's parcel. You can return the item within 14 days, if you are not satisfied with it. But just in case, if the product has not been used and it is in good condition. The buyer returns the order, we receive it and when we convince that the product is in good condition, we make refund to the buyer. Return postage costs are never refunded.
