At Jazooli we understand that when you place an order, you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible with the minimum of fuss. Therefore, whenever an order is received by us (Monday to Friday before 2pm) we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday (or after 2pm on a Friday) will be dispatched the following Monday (aside from UK Bank/Public Holidays)

We use a wide range of couriers, including but not limited to; Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, Parcel Force & DPD, and depending on the item and service selected at the checkout, our estimated delivery timeframe is 1-5 working days. Unfortunately, once your parcel has been collected by our dedicated courier, we lose any influence over the delivery of your order which is why we would kindly ask all customers to ensure that all of their delivery information is correct prior to submitting your order, and be patient when awaiting the delivery of their products. If for any reason you have not received your order within 7 working days, then please do not hesitate to contact us to allow us to look into this for you.

If you require an item to arrive quickly, we would recommend selecting express delivery at the checkout, but please ensure that you place your order prior to 2pm for same day dispatch. Unfortunately next day delivery is restricted to the Highlands, Chanel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland)

International Shipping

All International shipments are dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri on a fully tracked service. All orders under the value of €150 are not subject to import duty charges.

Please allow up to fourteen working days for your order to arrive, and if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

At Jazooli customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded the very same day we receive it back from you. Please contact us before you decide to send an item back as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We can issue a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively we can issue replacement items up to 28 days from receipt. If a product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped the same day it is received back by us, or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Please contact us to inform us that you wish to return items and we will send you a returns form. Also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).

Unwanted Goods

If your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. The only cost you will incur is the price of the return shipping and the original postage on sending the item out. Please contact us to inform us you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form. Also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).

Items ordered in error

On the chance you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order but realised you have either made a mistake or want to cancel the purchase we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot always cancel the order as we run our warehouse 24/7 to ensure the quickest dispatch time. If this is the case you may incur a postage cost to return the item and also the original postage of sending the item out.

Incorrect Address

When you place an order it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct before confirming your order. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or road name. Please make sure you check your address carefully before confirming the order.

We (Afrapoco Limited T/A Jazooli) are a UK based company that started life trading under the name Best4Memory in 2008. Due to the phenomenal growth of the business plus our development into providing a much broader range of products in early 2010 we decided to change our trading name to Jazooli. Jazooli now offers an extensive range of high quality electronic gadgets, components and accessories for all modern technologies both to the end user and also the wholesale market.

Based in Manchester, in April 2016 we moved to a new 36,000sq ft warehouse with better transport links to the Motorway network allowing easier access for both deliveries and mail collections. By May 2016 staff numbers had increased to 20 full time with a further 3 part timers who help out when required and other temp staff being brought in at busy periods.

Afrapoco Limited now operates in most markets around the globe and is continually looking for exciting new products to sell through its various marketing channels including: eBay, Amazon and Groupon. Jazooli has also become a wholesaler for a number of retailers in the UK and across Europe.
