Specialized Products has assembled the best of Trompeter into the SPC735 Connector Crimp Kit for BNC connectors. It is designed to provide everything needed for 735A coax cable crimping applications. Use it to terminate industry-standard BNC connectors. You get two high-quality Trompeter crimpers packaged with enough supplies to make 50 75-W BNC coax connectors. Model CT4L is an ergonomic 735A crimp tool that's calibrated to the appropriate closure force according to manufacturer's specifications. A factory setting is indicated by lines on the adjustment wheel and handle. When they are aligned, the tool meets the factory setting. Use the CT4L crimp tool with the included CD3-19 die set for 735A cables with 178/255 crimp nest dimensions. The 12-Point Indent BNC Center Contact Crimper is more effective than tools that use a hex die to crimp the center pin contact. It makes three rows of indentations at 90° to each other around the center contact pin. With this crimping method, close physical proximity is achieved through the center contact into the wire itself. 

This kit includes crimp tool and die set, center contact crimper and 50 body assemblies, 51 crimp sleeves, 52 center contact pins and assembly instructions. The sturdy gray metal case has a die-cut foam interior to organize tools and connectors. This 5.5-pound kit measures 13.75" x 9.75" x 2.25".
