Ducati & Harley-Davidson main dealers based in Bristol, England.
Riders are a well-respected family run motorcycle business, established 1976 in a garden shed in Bridgwater. Once the business took-off, the owner, Phil opened his first store in 1989 (rider of Bridgwater).
By 2003 the business was booming & so came about our Bristol store, finally followed by the Cardiff branch in 2009.
We have seen many generations of families cross our threshold over the years & are proud to be seen as a second home to many.
If you do pop into the store, we have a great little café called PJ’s, which welcomes riders, non-riders, children & pooches- why not bring the whole family?!

We are open from 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
SHIPPING & TERMS Postage within mainland UK is free on the majority of our items.
Channel Islands, Ireland and some more remote areas of Scotland will incur higher postage charges. Please message us if in any doubt, prior to making a purchase.
If you are outside the UK, eBay arrange our international postage through Global Shipping Program- you will need to obtain a quote from eBay, as we have nothing to do with world wide parcels.
Please note that some countries will be required to pay duty on items they wish to receive.
For customer security, we will only post to a PayPal registered address.
Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end, please contact us if you anticipate a delay.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
For an exchange (clothing): Please do not raise a return request, instead send us a message explaining that the item does not fit & which size you would like to swap it for.
We will check if we have the size in stock & get back to you. Once you receive confirmation, please send the item with the original e-bay invoice & make a note on it (to advise which size you require).
Once we receive the returned item, we will ship-out the alternative size.
For a return (clothing): Please raise an eBay return request prior to sending & include the original e-bay invoice with the return item.
Please note that customers are to organise & pay for postage of a return/exchange item, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
A return/exchange will only be accepted on unworn, unused items, which still maintain the original condition in which they left us & have the original tags & packaging attached.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR HELMETS - FOR SAFETY REASONS, UNFORTUNATELY HELMETS ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR PREMISES.
