This is a vintage mailing envelope from "Rigaud" in France, illustrated with a woman standing near the Eiffel Tower and reads "New Paris Styles," measures 4 1/2" x 5 3/4", postally used, the stamp is missing, and the Paris postmark appears to be dated 1931.
