Returns policy

Goods damaged during delivery

If any items were damaged upon delivery we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt the goods should be refused and signed as damaged returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you.

Goods found faulty immediately after delivery.

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. We always check returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our returns department we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage charges.

Goods faulty during warranty period.

If any of your purchases develop a fault then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Delivery to specific areas

Please note that some areas we are unable to deliver to due to them been classed as "out of area" such as off shore islands and remote areas. If this is the case we will inform you and immediately issue a refund.

If you change your mind.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with eBays Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. The item must not be used and be returned to us in the same condition as originally supplied in order that it can be returned to stock as new. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, checked and returned to stock we'll issue a full refund for the goods.
