We deliver as quickly as possible (aim to ship the same day). If your basket total exceeds £25 we compliment your order with an upgrade to signed for, as Royal Mail only cover up to a value of £20 on standard services and we do not want unfortunate customers losing out in the event of a problem.
All standard deliveries are sent with proof of posting, so in the event of a problem, we can help you claim through Royal Mail. We sincerely apologise in advance if you encounter any problems caused by Royal Mail, in the unlikely event of loss, damage or late delivery, please contact us and we will help as much as we can through the resolution centre to help eBay monitor.
