Ibanez SR505 BM 5-String Electric Bass in Brown Mahogany A used 2011 Ibanez SR505 BM 5-String electric bass in great condition. This is a sweet bass that plays easy and sounds monstrous. For 25 years the SR has given bass players a modern alternative. With its continued popularity, Ibanez is constantly endeavoring to answer the wider needs of a variety of players, at a variety of budgets. But no matter what the specs, the heart is the same-SR continues to excite with its smooth, fast neck, lightweight body, and perfectly matched electronics. Checked by our in-house technician, the SR505 has very light fretwear and some minor playwear. There is some moderate fingernail indentation above and below the neck pocket. The protective plastic covering on the rear electronics panel is starting to bubble up. This is no cause for concern, just time to go ahead and peal it off.
