Please keep in mind most of that what I sell is in used condition unless stated otherwise. I make an effort to describe, in detail, the condition of each product I sell. I try to do my best to give the most accurate description of the items I sell. I take the Picture's, I make the Listing's, and I Package the Item/Items.The picture's you see are of the item(s) that you are bidding on or purchasing. Please do not make assumptions. PAYMENT: Your bid indicates your agreement to purchase the Item. I only accept PayPal, or payment of cash in person. eBay policy is no checks. When paying via PayPal, please be sure you have a confirmed address.

SHIPPING: I will ship your purchases with the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. APO-FPO & PO boxes are not accepted under any circumstances, no exceptions. Due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy, I can only ship the item to the address that you listed on file with eBay. This is eBay’s policy.  I will ship your item on the first business day after confirmation of payment. You can also pick up your purchase in person.

FREIGHT SHIPPING: I arrange all freight shipments. Buyer will use the Freight shipper that I chose. I will do my best to get the best price on Freight shipping. Freight shipments must include a phone number, whether the address is residential or commercial, if there is a loading dock and if there is a forklift is available. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift then a lift gate truck while be required. I will need this information promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item. Your quote by my freight service will be billed exactly as quoted with no markup's however at times this may be more than the cost of the actual item. Please ask for a quote prior to bidding, so there are no surprises.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I accept only PayPal as payment from all bidders.  International bidders I ship all International sales using the eBay Global Shipping Program only.

CUSTOMS DELAYS: All International shipment can have delays at customs. I have no control or responsibility for shipping delays due to customs or any other circumstance that are beyond my control.

RETURNS: Returns that I except are if product received is not as I described in the description. If I accept a return, buyer will need to send back the item prior to issuance of a refund.  All items returned have to be just as they were when delivered. When returning an item please packaged the return the same way, it was when you received the item. The return must have a tracking number with the return. There is a 20% restock fee on all items returned. Buyer will pay all shipping costs on returns. If the return had free shipping, the buyer will repay the seller the original shipping cost. All returned items will receive there refund within three business days from which item were received back to the seller. Return would be for a refund of the purchase price minus 20% restocking fees and any shipping costs paid by the seller if it was a free shipping item.
