| All items shipped within 24 hours of cleared funds being received. Shipping is made First Class and includes Insurance. This is because until you sign for the item, the responsibility lies with ourselves. You should receive your item within 48 hours of shipment. You will receive an email confirming when shipment is made, and feel free to ask for a shipping number so that you can track the shipment yourself. Shipments to Europe and the Rest of the World will obviously take longer, though again feel free to contact us and request a shipping reference number so that you can track your shipment. | Payment is accepted via PayPal (Preferred), Nochex, cheque, or Postal Order Only. Payment must be made within 7 days of the end of auction and item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In the event of problems dealing with the warranty we will be happy to liaise with the manufacturer and keep the customer satisfied. What if my item gets lost in the post? For missing or delayed items we will handle your complaint directly. Please contact us if you are concerned and, if necessary, courier claims will be dealt with by us.
