Terms and conditions of the sale
When returning a parcel to us it is the customers responsibility until it reaches us therefore any items that we do not receive we will not refund. We strongly suggest that you use a traceable delivery option for your peace of mind that we receive it All goods that are sent out are inspected therefore will be sent without any damage. If any item you receive are damaged due to post or any problem with item then you should contact us within 2 working days of receiving your item. We do not refund on items used in any way. All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags and free from wear and tear. If buyer feels that the item they have purchased is not suitable, they are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P.
Please note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time. Claims cannot be accepted for damage once items have been used or worn.
PLEASE NOTE: Parcel delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes include: BT- IV1 - IV28, PH19 - PH44, PA29 - PA20, KA28 - KA27 may be subject to extra postage costs, this is the courier company who charge extra not us, if you want delivery in these postcodes contact us first, please.
