PLEASE NOTE:

  Due to hygienic reasons toiletries cannot be returned once opened and try out. Please consider this before first use. Allergic reaction to one of ingredients are personal and therefore cannot be predicted by us, it might be due to medication you are on or skin condition you've got that's way we can't be responsible for this kind of situations. Please closely read ingredients list before purchase and check if you are allergic or sensitive to any.

Damaged/ defective goods: In an item is damaged or defective, then will be happy to refund you for the value of the item or send you replacement. Please retain all faulty goods and contact us asap. Without evidence we will not be able to issue refund or send replacement. Please supply photographic evidence when contacting by email or eBay messaging system.
