All items we sell can shipped by Postal Service or FedEx . That being said, all shipments that leave our office are recorded (for lost item purposes) but only FedEx shipments are fully trackable. Tracking link (for FedEx shipments) will be provided automatically once it's available. It will be sent to email address you have registered with eBay. We don't provide shipping number for postal services because it's usually useless once the item leaves borders of our country (receiving postal services only rarely provide tracking on foreign "letter mail" shipments. Every single shipment, regardless of the shipping method, is automatically insured; therefore, you will never be left without the item, or money no matter what happens to the item during transit. We dispatch your orders either the same, or the next business day to ensure a fast delivery anywhere in the world, because we value your time and quick delivery is what we all are after.

Why FedEx delivery?
We have been to this business for a while now, and believe us, no matter how well we do our job, there is always one stage we can't control if we ship it through postal service - and that's delivery. Postal service is the by far cheapest shipping provider available, but the service they provide usually is far away from what we, and you expect. Packages get delayed for no reason, but most importantly there is nothing like one centralized postal tracking service (even when signature on delivery is required). Part of the tracking would be covered by our post, and then we must rely on the receiving post tracking, which frequently doesn't work (meaning your local post), or receiving post assings a different (their local) tracking number, which nobody has access to. If a problem occurs, we have to file an official "Lost or delayed shipment" claim with our post, and the legal time to process such claim is anything between 1 to 3 months.

Such service is unacceptable if you require guaranteed services; and therefore, do consider choosing FedEx whenever you need item fast and with full tracking. We got you as good rates as we could (even though we wish they could be lower). If your don't the item "yesterday", go with postal shipping, but please consider the factors mentioned above, once you will be deciding over our shipping charges.

Please note that none of these times do apply if your shipment gets "stuck" in customs (this can happen especially if shipped by postal service. FedEx prevents this by contacting you if there is a shipment for you in customs). We are not able to push, nor speed the customs clearance procedure. It's in customs best interest (we really believe in that) to process your package, so they can move to other packages.
Majority of items we sell are smaller and of lower value (usually up to 50 EUR) - these items are usually out of interest of custom officers. We rarely hear that duty was levied on shipments (it really depends on your country laws and duty-free allowances).

We prefer using PayPal (eBay's preferred payment processor) to ensure high comfort and quick order dispatch. If you don't have PayPal, we can arrange for Bank Transfer in EUR (please contact us for details).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery within you can return the item(s) for a full refund less shipping cost. Please be aware that we can accept only return of item(s) if the item(s) is/are in an unused condition. However, to be eligible for this return, you're obliged to acknowledge us by email (or eBay message) that you want to return us an item. Such an item has to be in original condition. We do not charge you any re-stocking fee on your returns complying with these policies. You're responsible for paying returning shipping. Your refund will be issued as soon as we obtain the returned item. We provide this return policy to ensure your comfort while deciding for products from us.

If, in a _very_ unlikely event you receive a damaged / faulty / not matching the description product, you are more than welcome to return this item, while all fees are on us! Please let us know of this accident as soon as your item arrives and we will tell you what to do with damaged item/package. In this case, provide 100% refund of the transaction. Customers satisfaction is our #1 goal, and we will do our best to resolve such situation, if it occurs.

According to Slovak law (a member state of European Union) we have to differ warranties for accessories, products and replacement parts. All accessories and products (batteries or shavers for example) are covered by 2 year warranty. Replacement parts (outer foils, inner blades) are covered by 6 month warranty. Some products are covered by Pan-European warranties, or International warranties; however, unless stated otherwise in item description, only local warranty applies on your item(s). Hence we have been repairing and reselling Panasonic products for over 15 years now, we can truly take care of your warranty claims, if applicable.
