I specifically will state a problem of the item in the description if I consider the condition important to the buyer’s attention, otherwise the item is in good condition. Normal lifetime wear-out is not stated and therefore pictures/photos are more liable than words.

SHIPPING/ HANDLING AND RETURNS:

As you know, shipping business days are Monday-Friday, not Saturday and Sunday.

Domestic shipments are via USPS Ground / First / Priority Class, EXCEPT to P.O. Boxes. All sales are final. Payment expected 4 days from the day the auction ended or items will be relisted. Please be aware that eBay will automatically open-up an unpaid item case if the item is NOT paid with in 4 days of the sale. If you need more time to pay please let me know BEFORE the 4th day the auction ended.

NO local merchandise pick up will be permitted, unless under certain situations regarding physical conditions, and plus if you are a buyer/seller or combined with less than 15 items sold or bought or combined due to security measures. Please do not ask. Thank you.

If the seller makes a significant mistake in the description, then the item may be return within 14 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. Return the item with NO DAMAGES, a refund will be issue. I will need to confirm the item sent or received is identical to the description. A non-seller mistake SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Again, When returning an item, I must be contacted prior to returning the item. Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was listed on eBay-pictures/photos. A non-seller mistake, buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs and must insure the item as well as provide a tracking number to me. Once item has been received the buyer will be refunded the purchase price less the shipping fees.
