Hope2Sleep's Personal Experience of these liners:-
These liners have several benefits and have been trialled with complete success in that which Silent Night™ claim. Kath Hope of Hope2Sleep has used both home made liners and bought other branded liners for her own problems, and these Silent Night™ Liners have proved to be far superior for her, and the fact that they stick to the mask means they stay in place well and are easier to apply. With careful removal of the liner, the Quick Stick™ tabs work well when re-applied to the mask or even placed on a different mask requiring the same size. The manufacturer states that each liner can be used up to 8 nights with success, although we have heard from customers who have managed to use the same liner for a lot longer - some saying up to 3 weeks! As well as the liners acting as a barrier between the mask cushions and the face, there should be less need to tighten the mask headgear, which in itself is often the cause of face marks, nasal bridge sores and even bruising on occasions. Silent Night™ says:- INNOVATIVEDue to the fact these liners are fairly new to the UK we have selected a small selection of reviews from the manufacturer's own website:-
"I really like the material and adhesive tabs which help with proper sealing and keeping the liner correctly positioned when turning and moving my head during the night." - Ron, OH
"I can honestly state that this is the most comfortable liner I have ever used and I have probably used them all." - Mike, VA
Without your product I'd have to give up on my CPAP. My mask would leak and make so much noise but your product fixed all that! - Carl from Oregon
"I am very pleased and delighted - the Sticky Tabs work beautifully. I'll be using this product as long as I'm around!" - Norman from New Jersey
"Thank you for this excellent product. Without it I would not be able to use my CPAP machine every night." - Wilma from Michigan

Each pack of Silent Night™ Mask Liners contains 4 reusable liners, and which should last at least a month, but probably longer. (We are hearing that each liner is lasting people anything from 8 days to 3 weeks).
Please carefully select the size you need for your mask, and if you are unsure please ask for advice where we will do our best to help. Also bear in mind that due to the amount of different masks on the market it has not yet been possible to test the liners with every mask.
In a nutshell the liners come in these variations:-
Nasal (One Size) for traditional mask which cover the nose only.
Full Face (XS/Sm, Med or L/XL for traditional full face masks which cover the nose and the mouth.
Minimal Contact (One Size) for Respironics' Amara View, Respironics' DreamWear Full Face and Resmed's Airfit F30.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN CASE YOUR MASK IS NAMED BELOW FOR EXTRA HELP WITH FITTING:-
The Nasal Liners come in just 'one-size-fits-most masks' but they are NOT compatible with the Nasal Pillows Masks (which are inserted into the nostrils).
The liners will fit most Nasal Masks, but they are NOT recommended for the Petite -sized Philips Respironics Wisp Cushion, which is simply too small, but all other sizes of the Wisp work well .
Full instructions in fitting the liners are included in the packs, but to help with fitting the liner to the Respironics' Wisp Mask the manufacturer has provided an image to help:-
You will see some silicone but when the average size nose enters the mask, the silicone will fold inward and the Liner should provide significant protection, although depending on nose shape it may be slightly less than 100% protection.
Attach lower sticky tabs then wrap upper tabs around and attach to the fabric of lower tabs
The standard Full Face Mask Liners comes in 3 sizes - Small, Medium + Large for all the traditional styled masks. The only exceptions are for the Respironics' FitLife and Amara View, DreamWear Full Face and the Resmed Airfit F30, for which there is a specific liner.
For Full Face Mask Users the general rule is to choose the same size liner as your mask, and this certainly applies to Resmed masks. However, some masks have a larger area of exposed soft silicone, therefore, for those listed below it would be better to order a size Large even if your mask isn't this size:-
(More masks will be added to the above list if this issue comes up with other masks).
Philips Respironics' Amara View, DreamWear Full Face and Resmed Airfit F30 Mask Liners (one-size-fits-all) and FitLife Mask Liners (Small or Large/XL) are a specific liners for use with these masks only:-
Full instructions in fitting the liners are included in the packs, but to help with fitting the liner to the Resmed Airfit F10, Airfit F20, Quattro Air, Airtouch F20 and the newer Airfit F30, the manufacturer has provided images and instructions to help:-
We recommend one of three different options for attaching the Silent Night liner to the AirFit F10 series:
Option 3 provides an excellent and secure fit, however, be careful to not damage your mask during disassembly and reassembly of the mask. Pursue this option at your own risk. Although these parts are designed to be separated and reconnected, improper or repeated disassembly and reassembly could cause the parts to wear out or break.

Align the top edge of the liner with the top of the memory foam. The lower Quick Stick tabs of the liner will be able to reach the hard plastic on the bottom side of the mask. Even a small amount of adhesive contact to the hard plastic is adequate to hold the liner in place. Separating the Mask Cushion from the Headgear Frame may ease liner attachment*.
*Follow the manufacturer’s instructions if you choose to separate the Mask Cushion from the Headgear Frame. Be careful to not damage your mask. Although these parts are designed to be separated and reconnected, improper or repeated disassembly and reassembly could cause the parts to wear out or break.
We recommend one of two different options for attaching the Silent Night liner to the AirFit F30 series:
Option 1: Attach the upper Quick Stick™ tabs to the top of the Harness Frame. See IMAGE 1. Attach the lower Quick Stick™ tabs by tucking them under the Harness Frame attachment wings. See IMAGE 2.
Option 2: Separate the Harness Frame from the Inner Shell according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Attach the Quick Stick™ tabs of the Silent Night liner to the Inner Shell as shown in IMAGE 3. Reassemble the Harness Frame and Inner Shell according to the manufacturer’s instructions. See IMAGE 4.
With either Option be careful to not damage your mask. Pursue Option 2 at your own risk. Although these parts are designed to be separated and reconnected, improper or repeated disassembly and reassembly could cause the parts to wear out or break.
