SHIPPING

I send 99% of the items I sell by trackable means and will email you the tracking info once collection has been arranged. I also state that I will ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment but I usually ship in 1-2 days. If by any chance the dispatch time is delayed I usually upgrade the shipping method so you will still have it sooner than the time stated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I will only send by trackable means and do not use Royal Mail for international postage unless the item is valued at less than £20. I do send some items with the eBay Global Shipping Programme, please check the listings before bidding

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item or delivery then please email me before leaving feedback, I am a human being and occasionally make mistakes. I always try my best to rectify any problems in the easiest way possible, without any additional expense to the buyer. I will leave feedback once it has been received.

RETURNS

I have a 14 day return policy, if the item is being returned because it is not as described then I will pay the return postage cost... For any other reason the buyer will have to pay to return it to me before any refund will be given.
