L'allumeur est un élément du système d'allumage d'un moteur à combustion interne qui sert à produire une étincelle d'allumage nécessaire à l'inflammation du mélange carburant-air dans la chambre de combustion. L'allumeur est composé de deux éléments de base : le stator et le rotor.

Le stator de l'allumeur, également appelé fixe, est composé d'une bobine électrique qui génère une haute tension nécessaire pour produire l'étincelle d'allumage. Le rotor de l'allumeur, également appelé mobile, est un élément rotatif qui tourne autour du stator et a la forme d'un disque avec des électrodes d'allumage.

Pendant le fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne, l'allumeur génère une étincelle d'allumage au moment opportun, ce qui permet l'allumage du mélange carburant-air et le déclenchement du processus de combustion dans la chambre de combustion du moteur. Le stator de l'allumeur, en tant qu'élément fixe, est soumis à l'usure et en cas de panne, doit être remplacé par un neuf pour que le moteur puisse fonctionner correctement.

The igniter stator, as a fixed element, is subject to wear and in the event of failure, must be replaced with a new one for the engine to function properly.

Der Zünder ist ein Element der Zündanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, das dazu dient, einen für die Zündung des Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisches im Brennraum erforderlichen Zündfunken zu erzeugen. Der Zünder besteht aus zwei Grundelementen: dem Stator und dem Rotor.

Der Stator des Zünders, auch fester Stator genannt, besteht aus einer elektrischen Spule, die die für die Erzeugung des Zündfunkens erforderliche Hochspannung erzeugt. Der Zündrotor, auch Mobile genannt, ist ein rotierendes Element, das sich um den Stator dreht und die Form einer Scheibe mit Zündelektroden hat.

Beim Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine erzeugt der Zünder zum geeigneten Zeitpunkt einen Zündfunken, der die Zündung des Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisches und den Beginn des Verbrennungsvorgangs im Brennraum der Brennkraftmaschine ermöglicht. Der Stator des Zünders als feststehendes Element unterliegt einem Verschleiß und muss im Falle eines Ausfalls durch einen neuen ersetzt werden, damit der Motor ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.
